We host quarterly community events for girls and families in our GEMS community, often in partnership with local North County San Diego businesses. Local businesses we frequently support include: Solana Frosty, Little Fox Ice Cream, and Stratum Fitness! Each event is designed to bring girls together through movement, creativity, conversation, confidence-building, meaningful connection, and of course, delicious treats!
Capoeira Martial Arts Class for Women & Girls
Join in for this special Capoeira class for women and girls, taught by local mom and Capoeira instructor, Joanna Naschold! This class will be an intentional way to move your body and immerse yourself in Afro-Brazilian tradition, music, movement, and community.
